TERANCE MADDEN

Founder

Terance Madden has practiced law since 1999, after earning his Juris Doctorate from Vanderbilt University School of Law.

​

Prior to law school, Attorney Madden earned a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering at The University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB). Prior to earning his Electrical Engineering Degree, Attorney Madden earned his Associate of Applied Science from DeVry.

Also in 1999, Attorney Madden was admitted to The Georgia Supreme Court and became a member of the National Labor Relations Board where he served until 2000. Terance Madden’s skills were elevated while working with prestigious firms in Atlanta and in the Washington D.C. area; including Troutman Sanders where he practiced as an Associate Attorney from 2000-2002. While at Troutman, Attorney Madden was licensed to practice before the United States Patent Office (licensed Patent Attorney). After leaving Troutman Sanders, Attorney Madden was admitted to the Northern District of Georgia and admitted to the Northern District of Florida. In 2003, Attorney Madden launched T. Madden & Associates, P.C. as a premium Atlanta law firm. Attorney Madden established T. Madden & Associates, P.C. to make a difference for the innocent people whose lives have been forever changed by the negligence of someone else.

Attorney Madden has made service to the community a vital part of T. Madden & Associates, P.C., as he continuously engages in community service himself. Attorney Madden served as Chairman of the Board for the High Aspirations Foundation Incorporated (“HAFI”) and continues as Board Member. Attorney Madden also is a Board Member for Habitat For Humanity – Southern Crescent. Attorney Madden is a former Board Member for a public charter school; The Utopian Academy For The Arts. Attorney Madden has a passion for community service and this led to the formation of The Terance Madden Foundation, focused on providing financial scholarships to college bound or current college students.
