This entails not only reviewing customer facing marketing materials, but also drafting and negotiating marketing related agreements and advising on compliance and other legal issues. In addition, Shenia is a member of the Vonage Commercial Law team, which enables Sales by both drafting deal agreements and providing creative solutions for an array of legal matters.
